One address handles everything at the moment: our contact email. Support, privacy requests, security reports and business enquiries all arrive in the same inbox. Departmental addresses will follow; until they do, this is the honest answer rather than four aliases pointing at one mailbox.
Please put one of these words at the start of your subject line — it is how mail gets sorted and answered in the right order.

Response times
This is a one-person studio in a single timezone (Yangon, UTC+6:30), so replies are measured in days rather than hours. Expect a first response to support mail within a few working days, an acknowledgement of a security report within five working days, and a privacy request completed within thirty days at the outside. If something is genuinely urgent, say so in the first line.
Before you write about a lost file
We cannot recover your work. The tools edit files on your own device and upload nothing, so there is no copy of your document on our side to restore from — that is the same design decision that means we cannot read your files either. If your in-progress work is gone, check your browser's downloads folder and any export you made, and please export finished work to a real file from now on.
